An extended meeting of the Department of Accounting and Management will host the preliminary defense of the doctoral dissertation of Raushan Kadyrbekovna Amantayeva.
The dissertation, entitled “Knowledge Management as a Fundamental Factor in Shaping Sustainable Employee Effectiveness and Competitiveness in the Labor Market,” is submitted in partial fulfillment of the requirements for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in the educational program 8D04102 – Management.
