In the context of globalization and integration, the role and importance of accreditation has sharply increased, not only as a tool to ensure the quality of education and recognition of the university, but also as the most important mechanism for the formation and maintenance of fair competition in the educational services market and a powerful motivational tool that allows the university to build a vector of further development.

Accreditation of the university and educational programs is carried out in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Education” and the State Program for the Development of Education for 2011-2020 by bodies included in the National Register of Accreditation Bodies 1.

Accreditation of the scientific, scientific and technical activities of the university is carried out by the Science Committee of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Science» and gives official recognition of the university's activities to the requirements and standards established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
