"I, Kassymova Togzhan Abaikyzy, am a third-year student of the educational program “Foreign Language: Two Foreign Languages” at Akhmet Baitursynuly Kostanay Regional University. Currently, within the framework of the Erasmus+ academic mobility program, I am studying at Vytautas Magnus University in Kaunas, Republic of Lithuania.
Lithuania has left a special impression on me. It is a country where rich history, culture, and modern development are harmoniously combined. The city of Kaunas is very student-friendly, safe, and comfortable. The city’s architecture, calm atmosphere, and open, friendly attitude of the people make adaptation easy and pleasant.
Vytautas Magnus University is a prestigious higher education institution with a high level of academic quality. The educational process at the university is well organized and meets modern requirements. Classes are engaging and informative, aimed at developing students’ critical thinking skills. The professors and teaching staff are highly qualified, possess deep knowledge of their disciplines, and always provide support to international students.
In addition, I plan to enhance my pedagogical experience and professional qualifications by teaching in schools in the Republic of Lithuania. Direct exposure to a foreign education system, practical application of teaching methods, and work in an international environment will, I believe, have a significant impact on my development as a qualified foreign language teacher in the future. This experience will allow me to combine theoretical knowledge with practice and further develop my professional skills.
I truly enjoy studying at this university, as it offers great opportunities to gain new knowledge, acquire international experience, and develop intercultural communication. Studying abroad through the Erasmus+ program makes a significant contribution to my professional and personal development."
