Scholarship of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Congratulations!

Twenty-five students of Kostanay Regional University named after Akhmet Baitursynuly have been awarded the prestigious Scholarship of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Bachelor’s degree students from various academic programs will receive this scholarship until the end of the academic year.

The Presidential Scholarship is awarded to full-time students starting from the third year of undergraduate study and to master’s students from the second year of study who demonstrate excellent academic performance (grades A and A-). The scholarship is granted to both students studying under the state educational grant and those studying on a tuition-paid basis.

The scholarship is awarded to students who:

• are winners of national and international academic Olympiads, creative competitions, sports competitions, and festivals, or are authors of discoveries and inventions;
• have publications in collections of scientific papers and in national or international scientific journals;
• actively participate in research activities, confirmed by diplomas, certificates, and awards;
• take an active role in the public, cultural, and sports life of the university.

Scholarship amount: 104,744 tenge.
