This year also marks 52 years since Vladimir Mikhailovich began his professional career.
After graduating with honors from the Kostanay Pedagogical Institute in 1974, he devoted his life to science and education and has continued to work at the university ever since.
In 1992, he successfully defended his Candidate of Sciences dissertation at the V. A. Kotelnikov Institute of Radio Engineering and Electronics in Moscow.
In 1999, he was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor, followed by the title of Professor in 2000.
That same year, with Vladimir Poezzhalov’s direct involvement, the university launched a new academic program in Radiophysics and Electronics, as well as a research and teaching master’s program in Physics.
These initiatives marked an important milestone in the development of physics education and the training of highly qualified specialists in the region.
Over the course of his academic and teaching career, Vladimir Poezzhalov has published more than 250 scientific papers, obtained eight patents for inventions, and authored seven educational and methodological publications.
His many years of dedicated professional service have been recognized with numerous letters of appreciation, certificates of merit, and honorary awards.
Throughout his career, Vladimir Mikhailovich has become not only an accomplished researcher and educator but also a respected mentor to his colleagues.
Faculty members expressed their sincere gratitude for his continued support, valuable advice, and the opportunity to learn from a professional with more than five decades of experience in research and higher education.
