The implementation of the University’s Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) policy is aimed at ensuring fair treatment and equal opportunities for all members of the academic community. This work is aligned with Kazakhstan’s commitments to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 4, 5, 8, 10, and 16.
Students majoring in psychology, who are currently undertaking their internships at the Center, have been actively involved in the monitoring process. For these future professionals, participation represents valuable practical experience, as inclusion—both as an approach and as a mindset—has become an essential contemporary paradigm across a wide range of professional fields.
Based on the results of the assessment, a set of recommendations will be developed to further enhance accessibility and improve the overall campus environment.
