Students of Akhmet Baitursynuly Kostanay Regional University took part in a legal dictation themed “Law and Order.”
The event aimed to assess and enhance students’ legal literacy.
President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has defined “Law and Order” as one of the fundamental principles underpinning the functioning of both society and the state.
This principle is grounded in the rule of law, the protection of human rights, and the shared responsibility of all citizens and state bodies to uphold these values.
It also emphasizes the importance of developing public legal awareness.
The legal dictation format enables students to deepen their understanding of the core principles of the legal system, constitutional norms, and civic responsibilities.
