Atameken NCE Ranking: KRU Among the Leaders

The National Chamber of Entrepreneurs “Atameken” has presented the results of the national ranking of educational programs at the Republican Forum on the Quality of Higher Education.

The ranking has been implemented by the Atameken NCE for the eighth consecutive year, commissioned by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 2025, the ranking analyzed data from 95,173 graduates, involved more than 100 experts, and produced 117 rankings covering 2,031 educational programs.

The assessment was conducted across four key blocks, with nearly half of the total weight assigned to graduates’ career prospects, including employment rates, duration of job search, and median salary levels.

According to the results, the overall employment rate reached 84%, while 68% of graduates demonstrated stable employment.

The median salary of graduates included in the ranking amounted to 203,398 tenge, indicating positive dynamics and growing demand for well-trained specialists.

Strong performance in agriculture, veterinary medicine, engineering, and natural sciences confirms that Kazakhstan’s production sector remains a foundation of economic sustainability.

High employment levels were recorded in several regions of the country, including the Kostanay region, where the employment rate reached 90%.

It is noteworthy that 44 educational programs of Akhmet Baitursynuly Kostanay Regional University participated in the ranking.

We congratulate the entire Baitursynuly University team on these outstanding achievements and high performance indicators.
