Students of Baitursynuly University are among the winners of the international marathon "Uly Dala Zhorygy" ("The Great Steppe Expedition").
Arman Zhilkybai, a 5th-year student of the "Veterinary Medicine" program at Baitursynuly University, competed as part of the Astana team, riding horses of the Kostanay breed.
Beksultan Sultanbekov, a 2nd-year student of the "History" program, was the team captain!
The marathon ended on May 14. Over five days, participants covered 500 km across the Almaty region.
On the final day, six of the strongest teams lined up at the start.

Most participants did not withstand the challenge: out of nineteen teams, only six reached the finish line.
“Uly Dala Zhorygy” is more than just a competition – it's a true test of endurance, spirit, and skill.
