Olesya Balatsko, a student at the Pedagogical Institute of Baitursynuly University, proposes launching a platform where university students help school students with their studies.
“During our Community Service course, we developed projects related to volunteering and our future profession,” says the future physics teacher. “I remembered the problems I faced in school, and that’s how the idea came up.”
The concept is "partial tutoring."
School students will be able to ask questions on the platform about topics they find difficult — for free — in any subject!
“For example, they may not understand how to solve a particular problem. Students studying to become teachers have more experience and can help. Plus, they’ll develop their professional communication skills. It’s not just about answers — it’s about explaining concepts. Also, we’ll offer consultations about studying at our university.”
