As part of the Month of Methodological Innovations, a round table was held at Baitursynuly University on the topic “Job Requirements.”
The event was organized by the Department of Food Safety and Biotechnology in collaboration with stakeholders.
The round table was attended by Nadezhda Lisovskaya Ivanovna, Chief Specialist of the Department of Technical Regulation and Metrology for Kostanay Region, along with faculty members and students from the programs “Standardization and Certification in Food Production,” “Food Technology,” and “Processing and Food Production Technology.”
Special attention was given to aligning educational programs with professional standards, as today’s employer plays a leading role as both client and evaluator of education quality.
“We are always happy to accept graduates and students for internships and pre-graduation practice, helping them gain their first work experience,” said Nadezhda Lisovskaya. “Practice should become a competitive advantage in professional activities and a foundation for future career growth.”
When developing and implementing higher education programs, the Department of Food Safety and Biotechnology focuses on the needs of employers and creates mechanisms to continuously monitor labor market trends.
