It serves as a reminder that an inclusive society is built by experts who possess unique competencies in teaching, upbringing, support, and rehabilitation of individuals with autism spectrum disorders.
At Akhmet Baitursynuly Kostanay Regional University, training specialists in the field of 6B019 “Special Pedagogy” goes far beyond theory.
We implement student-centered and practice-oriented approaches, preparing professionals for the Kostanay region and across Kazakhstan.
A successful practice has been the expansion of professional competencies among future specialists through the involvement of students in additional courses, workshops, and various types of research activities.
In support of this important day, a significant event was held at the university.
Vice-Rector for Social and Educational Work Nurlykhan Temirbekov presented certificates to students of the Special Pedagogy program for successfully completing the course “Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA Therapy) in Working with Children with ASD” (Course Supervisor: L.N. Likhodedova, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Pedagogy, Psychology and Special Education).
Nurlykhan Mukanovich emphasized:
