KRU was represented by Aidar Baikin, Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Law, and Aruzhan Karimova, a specialist from the Department of Internationalization and Academic Mobility.
The Lithuanian delegation was led by Vice-Rector for Strategic Development and Finance, Professor Astrida Miceikiene.
The purpose of the visit was to strengthen the existing cooperation and to explore new areas of collaboration.
According to the foreign partners, cooperation with Kazakhstani universities remains one of the priority areas in the university’s internationalization strategy.
During the meeting, the parties discussed prospects for developing academic partnership, including the implementation of joint research projects, expansion of academic mobility programs for students and faculty, and the introduction of double degree programs.
