Alibek Tabuldenov, Dean of the Faculty of Social and Humanitarian Sciences at Baitursynuly University, is currently on research internship in Warsaw as part of the “500 Scientists” program.
The internship, funded by the Bolashak program, runs until June 30. Alibek Tabuldenov shared that he is working at the institute of Slavic Studies within the Polish Academy of Sciences. This institute focuses on linguistics, literary and cultural studies, history, ethnology, and sociology.
– During a meeting with the institute’s administration, headed by Director Ewa Golachowska, we discussed the internship plan, key task, and future research collaboration opportunities, the dean said.
Besides, Alibek Tabuldenov is cooperating with specialist from the Institute of the History of Science at the Polish Academy of Sciences.
His research also involves extensive work in the library of the University of Warsaw. Upcoming plans include exploring Polish archives and meeting with university staff to discuss curriculum development.
