Teachers from Baitursynuly University took part in the scientific and practical conference "Alash murasynyn adal shyraqshy," dedicated to the 140th anniversary of Myrzhakyp Dulatov.
The organizers were the branch of the Union of Writers of Kazakhstan, the Department of Culture of the Kostanay Region, and the L. N. Tolstoy Kostanay Regional Universal Scientific Library.
Rauan Baidaly, PhD, professor, head of the Department of History of Kazakhstan at KRU, gave a presentation at the conference on his research into the life and work of Myrzhakyp Dulatov.
Aibek Shalimbekov, candidate of historical sciences, professor at KRU, and member of the research group of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan in the Kostanay Region, gave a presentation on the topic "Oyan kazakthan – oilan kazakka deyin."
- The theme of the conference is particularly close to my heart, as my parents come from the village where Myrzhakyp Dulatov was born. I remember Myrzhakyp's relatives. At the conference, I spoke about why it is so important to remember the contribution of the poet, writer, and public figure, and his name. I would like to note the high level of organization of the conference, the very fruitful and interesting program, the unique exhibits, and the participants. We did not just exchange opinions, we tried to understand things together, and that is truly valuable.
The event was attended by renowned poet and winner of the Alash International Literary Prize Serikbay Ospanov.
Professor Daniyar Ikhsan, a doctoral student at KRU, gave a presentation at the conference.
Torgay Gulbanu Sarsekeeva, director of the Jangeldin Museum Complex, shared valuable information.
