Another scientific victory for a KRU student.
Nikita Lensky, a second-year student of the educational program "Technology of Processing and Food Production" at Baitursynuly University, became a prize winner in the republican competition of student research projects (NIRS).
His research, "Development of a recipe for biscuit cakes with increased antioxidant activity," was awarded a second-degree diploma by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Scientific supervisors: senior lecturers of the Department of Food Safety and Biotechnology - Anzor Saidov and Dmitry Kalitka.
