Champions of the “Dostar” League

This week, the final of the regional KVN League “Dostar” brought together the strongest teams of the region and became a true celebration of humor.

Four teams competed in the final round:

• “To Chto Nado” (Mendykara District),
• “Gorkiy Style” (Karabalyk District),
• “Why Does the Swallow’s Tail Have a Split?” (Rudny),
• “IE Ruslana Fazylbekovich” (Kostanay, Baitursynuly University).

The final consisted of two contests: the Greeting and the Home Assignment. As a result, the KRU KVN team emerged as the overall winner!

Final Results:

• 1st place — “IE Ruslana Fazylbekovich”,
• 2nd place — “Gorkiy Style” × “Why Does the Swallow’s Tail Have a Split?”,
• 3rd place — “To Chto Nado”.

For our team, this was the third consecutive final appearance:

• 2022 — 2nd place,
• 2023 — 2nd place,
• 2025 — a long-awaited victory, the championship title, and a cash prize of 700,000 tenge!

In addition, Ulyana Petrova, a first-year student of KRU (Educational Program “Mathematics”), was named Best Actress of the KVN League season and became the league’s vice-champion.
