International Scientific and Practical Conference “National Security in the Context of Global Challenges: Economic and Legal Mechanisms for Ensuring Security”

On December 2, 2026, Akhmet Baitursynuly Kostanay Regional University will host the International Scientific and Practical Conference “National Security in the Context of Global Challenges: Economic and Legal Mechanisms for Ensuring Security,” dedicated to the memory of Major General (Retired) Mikhail Yusupovich Dauyenov, an Honorary Officer of the National Security Agencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The working languages of the conference are Kazakh, Russian, and English.

The conference will be held in both offline and online formats.

Researchers, university faculty members, practitioners, postgraduate students, doctoral students, and master’s students from Kazakhstan and abroad are invited to participate.

Research papers are invited in the following areas:
