One of the seminar speakers was KRU’s Head of the Center for Digital Technologies and Artificial Intelligence, Kalybek Maulenov.
He delivered a presentation on the topic “Artificial Intelligence: Functional Capabilities and Teaching the State Language in Line with Modern Requirements.”
As part of the program, Nurgul Aubakirova, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Psychology, also conducted a practical seminar-training session for school principals and other participants.
The key message of the meeting was clear: today, artificial intelligence is not merely a technology, but a powerful tool for language development in the digital environment. Increasing the share of Kazakh-language content on the global internet and building a national digital ecosystem are demands of the time.
The university’s active work in this area fully aligns with the national AI development program AI-Sana. We aim not only to develop AI technologies within the university, but also to scale this experience across the entire region, making a significant contribution to Kazakhstan’s digital transformation. Our goal is to implement innovations that enhance the digital competencies of specialists in all sectors.
By combining traditions and technology, we are creating the future of our region together.
