Participants received leaflets explaining the centre’s services and the psychological support available to them.
The campaign’s main aim was to remind students that caring for their mental health matters, and that seeking help is a natural step towards well-being.
At the centre, students can learn about available support, receive individual counselling from a psychologist and get help with personal and academic challenges.
Every student can speak openly about what is troubling them and receive the support they need. Everyone will be heard.
It is important to remember that asking for help is not a sign of weakness, but an act of self-care. KRU works to create a welcoming and supportive environment where every student feels valued and understood.
You are not alone. There are people here who are ready to support you.
