Both institutions intend to further expand and strengthen this collaboration.
One of the key topics discussed during the delegation’s visit to the Zarechnoye Agricultural Experimental Station was the development of joint research initiatives involving KRU, NWAFU, and the station’s scientists. The partners explored opportunities for collaborative variety testing of various crops, including: potatoes; soybeans; maize; wheat.
The visiting scholars have already toured several farming enterprises in the region. A large-scale research initiative and long-term collaborative activities are being planned to support the sustainable development of agriculture in both Kazakhstan and China.
