On March 26, 2021, at the initiative of the Institute of Economics and Law of the Kostanay Regional University named after A. Baitursynov, an international scientific and practical conference on the topic "Current problems of law-making and law enforcement in the Republic of Kazakhstan" was held online, dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the 100th anniversary of the birth of Academician Salyk Zimanovich Zimanov. The conference was attended by well-known domestic legal scholars, as well as a number of foreign authors, in particular from countries such as the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Ukraine.
