The meeting was organized in collaboration with the Center for Inclusive Education and Psychological Support of KRU.
The main goal was to foster a conscious attitude toward mental health and to prevent crisis conditions.
Preventing suicidal behavior among young people remains one of the most pressing and sensitive issues today. Specialists—a psychologist and a general practitioner—clearly explained risk factors, early signs of emotional distress, and available ways to seek timely help.
Particular attention was given to developing self-regulation skills, stress resilience, and mutual support within the student community. Participants received practical recommendations on maintaining mental health, discussed common myths, and asked questions of interest.
The meeting contributed to increasing students’ psychological awareness and fostering a responsible and attentive attitude toward their own emotional well-being and that of others.
