Scopus, Web of Science and Platonus: Putting Research Profiles in Order

From October 12 to 15, Baitursynuly University’s Research and Commercialisation Department is holding a series of consultations for teaching staff and university employees across all academic buildings.

Working together with staff, specialists helped update research publication records and verify their accuracy. In particular:

Every published article is more than an entry in a report. It contributes to the researcher’s scientific reputation and the university’s visibility within the academic community.

To ensure that research publications are accurately recorded and their authors receive due recognition, publication details must be entered and updated promptly in Platonus, the university’s unified digital platform, where each researcher’s academic portfolio is compiled.

This work helps organise the research achievements of teaching staff and university employees, improves the quality of academic data and keeps records up to date.
